**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Trainee Design Engineer - Mechanical** to join our design and engineering team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment. You’ll assist in the development, design, and documentation of mechanical components and systems using CAD software and engineering tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating 2D and 3D models using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.)
- Support the design team in preparing engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Conduct basic engineering calculations and tolerance analysis
- Participate in product development, prototyping, and design validation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D
- Help maintain design standards, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and revision control
- Provide support during design reviews and implement feedback

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
