**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and goods.
- Issue raw materials and components to the production department based on job orders.
- Maintain stock levels, and update physical and system-based inventory records
- Tag and label inventory with appropriate identification codes.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification to reconcile with system data.
- Manage storage layout and ensure proper space utilization and material safety.
- Coordinate with purchase, quality, and production teams for material planning and availability.
- Track expiry dates and shelf life of items where applicable (adhesives, chemicals, etc.).
- Handle dispatch and packaging of finished goods in coordination with the logistics team.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety of the store area.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ISO documentation, and inventory best practices.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate or Diploma holder (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management).
- 1+ years of experience in a factory or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with electrical lighting components is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical work, stock movement, and material lifting when needed.
- Good coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.
