1. Office Management:
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Administrative lead to run cloud kitchen.
2. Customer Service:
- Manage customer orders, including taking orders, processing payments, and coordinating pickups or deliveries.
- Address customer complaints or issues and escalate as necessary.
3. Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing the bakery's calendar.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries of ingredients and supplies.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
4. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, inventory, and customer transactions.
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
5. Marketing and Social Media:
- Assist in the creation and posting of content on social media platforms to promote the bakery.
- Help develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts.
6. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bakery.
- Maintain updated records of certifications and licenses.
7. Support to Bakery Staff:
- Provide administrative support to bakery staff as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and packaging of baked goods during peak times.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
