**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan content calendar for targeted industries and regions
- Write and edit blog articles and web pages for different industries and verticals.
- Devise content repurposing and distribution strategy
- Research and understand the goals of our customers to align the content accordingly.
- Proofread, structure, and edit articles/content as necessary, and fill knowledge gaps.
- Attention to detail.
- Work with designers to bring out high-quality infographics.
- Must be adept at using WordPress.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters in Literature/Journalism.
- 2-4 years of experience working in CRM/SaaS firms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Excels in written communication. Must have command over the English language which is absolutely essential to execute said responsibilities.
- Proven work experience as a content editor or similar role.
