**Production Planning & Coordination**:

- Understand the requirement of the order placed and create precise and accurate working drawings to be forwarded to the production team
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan the production timelines and deliver products as per the committed dates.
- Procure and order materials for the respective furniture pieces from various vendors
- Verify and ensure products are manufactured as per the specifications.

**New Product Development and Research**:

- Develop unique furniture concepts that align with the company’s design philosophy
- Sketch/render to create detailed drawings and communicate your design concepts
- Research new materials and finished as an ongoing exercise utilize it for new products
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the prototypes meet the design specifications

**Trend/Market Research**:

- Conduct market research analysis to identify gaps and opportunities and develop designs that cater to the preferences and demands of the target audience
- Identify new products, hardware, mechanisms and finishes of various materials on an ongoing basis.

**Showroom Display**:

- Ensure the placement and display of furniture pieces is done in an appealing manner.
- Rotate the display whoever often as prescribed by the management team
- Make sure the displays are accessorized

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
