Role: Medical coder

Duty:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Coder to join our team. The Medical Coder will be responsible for annotating data for training machine learning models.

**Responsibilities**:
Review medical records and accurately code diagnoses and procedures
Ensure compliance with government regulations and insurance requirements
Keep up-to-date with the latest coding guidelines and changes in the healthcare industry
Work with the engineering team for injecting medical domain knowledge into our product.

Qualification:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical coding
Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding systems
Have a degree in either
Computational Linguistics
American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) certified medical coders
Biotechnology
Biochemistry
Botany
B.Pharm

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- ICD - 10, CPT: 1 year (required)
- Medical Coding: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- CPC, AAPC (required)
