Job Responsibilities:

- **E-Commerce Design**: Create visually engaging and functional e-commerce website layouts and product pages, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX) and intuitive navigation.
- **Product-Based Pages**: Design high-conversion product pages that effectively showcase products, including layout, image selection, call-to-action buttons, and detailed product features.
- **Mockups & Prototypes**: Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for websites, landing pages, and product-related assets.
- **Banner & Promotional Graphics**: Design compelling banners, promotional graphics, and ads for various online platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high impact.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure designs are optimized for all devices, including desktop, tablet, and mobile, following best practices in responsive web design.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain consistency with the company’s visual identity, brand guidelines, and design standards across all digital touchpoints.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, development, and product teams to implement designs effectively and make adjustments based on feedback.
- **Image Editing & Optimization**: Edit product images, banners, and other visuals for e-commerce platforms, optimizing them for faster load times while maintaining visual quality.
- **A/B Testing & Optimization**: Assist with A/B testing different design layouts and elements to continuously optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
- **Stay Current with Trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in e-commerce and web design to ensure that designs remain fresh and innovative.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum [X] years of experience in graphic and web design, with a focus on e-commerce or product-based websites.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing previous e-commerce design work, product page designs, and digital marketing assets such as banners and ads.
- **Proficiency in Design Tools**: Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and design tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- **Web Design Skills**: Solid understanding of web design principles (e.g., layout, typography, color theory), UX/UI design, and responsive design techniques.
- **HTML/CSS Knowledge**: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus, though not required.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and high-quality visuals.
- **Creative Problem-Solving**: Ability to generate creative solutions to meet business and user needs while adhering to design best practices.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce.
- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices related to design (e.g., image optimization, load speed, etc.).
- Experience working in agile development environments or with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,832.95 - ₹45,000.00 per month
