Farm Operator

**Position**: Farm Oeprator / Farm Manager
**Location**: Varaganapalli (near Rayakottai)
**Farm Size**: 6 Acres
**Accommodation & Food**: Provided on-site
**Relocation**: Mandatory
**Driving License**: Required

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day farm operations including crop care, irrigation, harvesting, and maintenance.
- Manage and care for farm animals (feeding, health monitoring, shelter maintenance, etc.).
- Supervise and coordinate with farm workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools.
- Monitor inventory and assist in procurement of supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across the farm and living quarters.
- Handle basic record-keeping of farm activities.
- Drive to local markets or suppliers when necessary (valid driver’s license required).
- Report regularly to the farm owner on activities, issues, and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working on a farm (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Basic knowledge of plant cultivation and animal husbandry.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage laborers.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with local travel.
- Willingness to relocate and live on the farm full-time.
- Physically fit, honest, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Compensation**:

- Monthly Salary (based on experience)
- Free accommodation and meals provided
- Performance-based bonuses may be offered

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
