**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**

You will manage a fleet of trailers for B2B FTL business of the company. You will ensure:

- Maximum utilization of the fleet capacity by interacting effectively with the operations and sales teams in the company; hiring and managing drivers and cleaners; ensuring minimum breakdowns
- Tracking of vehicles using GPS
- Best mileage and optimum consumption of diesel by the fleet

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a fleet of trailers and FTL / ODC loads
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local languages
- Excellent, IT skills, including MS Office
- Energetic and enthusiastic to achieve goals and targets
- Integrity and honesty
