**Job Title**: Sales Representative - Wholesale B2B Department
**Shift**: Australian Shift (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM IST)
**Location**: Onsite, Science city Ahmedabad
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in Sales (preferably B2B/Wholesale)
**Language**: Fluent English (spoken and written)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage prospective B2B clients in the wholesale industry.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations and solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, customer support, etc.) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of prior sales experience**, preferably in B2B or wholesale environments.
- Excellent **spoken and written English communication skills**.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during early shift hours.
- Comfortable with using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and work in a dynamic sales environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with Australian or international clients.
- Background in wholesale, import/export, or product-based sales.
