- Document customer concerns and accurately relay them to the service department.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to determine necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Explain service recommendations, estimated costs, and timeframes to customers.
- Obtain customer approval before initiating any service or repair work.
- Create and maintain detailed service records, including interactions, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Coordinate with service technicians and the parts department to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle during the service process.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs.
- Collect payment for services rendered and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow dealership policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Stay updated on automotive technologies and manufacturer guidelines through continuous learning.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
