- SAP S4 HANA _Design and update training materials, manuals, and online resources to reflect the latest industry standards and best practices._ _Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and practical exercises to enhance students' learning experience._ _Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and career goals._ _Prepare students for SAP certification exams by offering guidance, study materials, and practice tests._ _Stay current with industry trends, updates, and new technologies in SAP to ensure the highest quality of training._ _Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training programs _and methodologies. *Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Certified in relevant SAP modules.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP systems, with a strong focus on the specified modules.
- Proven experience as an SAP Trainer or in a similar instructional role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to students with varying levels of experience.
- Proficient in using various training tools and platforms.
- Passionate about teaching and helping others succeed. *Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing e-learning courses and materials.
