**Job Title**: Pattu Supervisor
**Location**: Peerzadiguda, Hyderabad

**Job Summary**:
The Pattu Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pattu fabric production process. This includes ensuring quality control, managing a team of operators, and optimizing production efficiency. The role requires a deep understanding of the pattu weaving process, the ability to maintain workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the production meets quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the pattu weaving or manufacturing process.
- Ensure the adherence to quality standards at all stages of production.
- Monitor and maintain the productivity of machines and staff.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Provide training and guidance to machine operators and production staff.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns.
- Identify and resolve production issues, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
- Monitor raw material inventory and place orders for materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, including daily output and quality checks.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations in the workplace.
- Implement and ensure best practices in the pattu production process.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and assist in upgrading processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High School diploma, Technical Certification in Textile Technology, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a têxtile production environment, preferably with pattu or silk fabric production.
- Strong understanding of têxtile manufacturing processes, especially pattu fabric.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and oversee maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in têxtile manufacturing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
