We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful content that showcases our social work and social service initiatives, amplifies our message, and expands our reach. Your focus will be on creating compelling narratives, managing our social media presence, analysing content performance, and collaborating with our team and partners.

**Responsibilities**

**1. Social Service and Impact Content Creation**
- Create compelling content (text, images, videos, and other multimedia) that effectively communicates the impact of LMES Foundation's social work and service projects.

**2. Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow LMES Foundation's presence across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and followers.
- Create and schedule posts, and interact with our online community.

**3. Content Analysis and Growth**
- Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics.
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Identify trends and best practices in social media and content creation to enhance strategy.

**4. Stakeholder Coordination**
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre
- and post-production) to ensure smooth content creation.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (community partners, beneficiaries, organizations) to gather information.
- Work with DOPs, editors, and designers to produce high-quality materials.

**5. Travel**
- Travel across Tamil Nadu to document LMES Foundation’s projects, events, and impact.
- Conduct interviews, capture photos/videos, and gather stories from the field.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Social Work, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related area.
- Strong passion for social work and creating content that drives social impact.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging visual content (images, videos, etc.).
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
- Basic understanding of content analytics and performance tracking.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
- Develop content that raises awareness of social issues and promotes positive change.
- Identify and tell the stories of individuals and communities impacted by our work.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
