**Salary Range 50,000 to 70,000**

**Immediate Joiners will be given preference.**

Required 4+ years of relevant experience in RBI Compliance and Compliance of unlisted NBFC Company viz Fund raising, redemption of debt securities Commercial paper and Warrants.

**.** Relevant experience in annual filing of Companies and also event based compliance.

- Preparation and circulation of notice, agenda &minutes of the Board meetings as per the Compliance act, 2013 and secretarial standards.

**.** Maintaining and updating the statutory registers as per the companies Act,2013.

**.** MCA Related Filings-Assisted in Appointment/removal procedure of Directors on the Board, Filling of LLP Forms, Filling of Private Placement forms and Continual Track on the status of forms so uploaded on MCA.

**.** Handle Private placement of Non-Convertible Debentures, Compulsory - Convertible Debentures, Equity shares by coordinating with Marketing and accounts Department of the Company.

**.** Preparation of Quarterly compliance report of various tranches of Series of Debt Allotments based on ISIN/s so issued by depositories.

**.** Conduct Board Meetings of the Company.

**.** Provide resolutions as per the provisions of Companies Act and Rules made there under and preparation and issuance of Letter of Authority.

**.** Effect Share transfer by execution of share transfer deed and payment of Stamp duty.

**.** Visit ROC for Company related issues and RBI for compliance queries to seek solution queries to seek solution for the same.

**.** Laison with Directors, CFO and other company secretaries of the Company for secretarial work.

**Salary**: From ₹60,000.00 per month
