**Qualification**: M.Sc. (Physics) with B.Ed. (mandatory)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and test papers as per the latest exam trends.
- Conduct regular assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance reviews.
- Provide personalized guidance and mentoring to students for academic excellence.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and ensure high-quality academic delivery.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a motivating learning environment.
