**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum requirements and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Manage classroom behaviour through positive reinforcement strategies, creating a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise.
- Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting is advantageous.
- Strong behaviour management skills to maintain an orderly environment conducive to learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for educating young learners and fostering their overall development.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
