- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current in your field.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in an online environment.
- Experience working with students of all ages and education levels.
- Ability to design and deliver effective lessons using various teaching approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Familiarity with online platforms for education and communication.
