**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables** - To implement Stakeholder Engagement Program to improve sustainability performance of Supplier and Dealers and other related stakeholders. "1. Preparing Sustainability Strategy and Roadmap for Stakeholders (Suppliers, Dealers and others) 2. Stakeholder Sustainability Capability building program 3. Implementing Green Supply Chain Policy. 4. Material Reaction Program 5. Energy, water and Waste management with Stakeholders 6. Inbound, Outbound Logistic Optimisation 7.Improve Sustainability Branding and Communication" 1. Preparing and executing Sustainability Roadmap for Suppliers, dealers and others. 2. Planning e learning, workshops and conferences for stakeholder skill building in sustainability. 3. Factory engagement program for suppliers. Planning energy audits at suppliers. Monitoring and facilitation for project implementation. 4. Cost Savings - Packaging / Material / Logistics 5.Supplier Relationship Management-Building rapport with the suppliers and timely resolution of their 6. Sustainability BSC monitoring on monthly basis. Analysing, reviewing the trend and ensuring performance improvement. 7. Facilitating Supplier, dealer sustainability assessment and action plan for process, results improvement. 8. Emphasising and facilitating on adoption of renewable energy at stakeholders. 9. Generate and execute ideas for reduction material weight, recycled material and alternate material 10.Co-ordination, facilitation and idea implementation for reducing CO2 emissions from logistic optimisation. 11. Arranging water audits and facilitating efficiency improvement projects. 12. Create and facilitate energy and water management awareness programmes 13.IReoprting on DJSI, BRR, GRI and ensuring 100 percent compliance. 14. Implementing projects like Materiality, Life Cycle Assessment of projects. 15. Continuous engagement with M and M SCM, CDMM, SSU, and Customer Care and Branding team and support them for overall sustainability improvement. 16.Co-ordinating and liaising with various external stakeholders (Vendors, Govt. agencies, Auditors) " **Experience** - 4-8 years (minimum) **Industry Preferred** **Qualifications** - B.E Mechanical with or without post-graduation **General Requirements** **Job Segment**:Architecture, Automotive, Engineering
