We are looking for a **Merchandising Assistant** who can handle **data entry**, **vendor coordination**, and **follow-ups** effectively. The role involves working with Excel, Google Sheets, and maintaining communication with our vendor partners to ensure timely deliveries and updates.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Enter fabric and order details into Excel/Google Sheets accurately
- Maintain merchandising trackers and update them daily
- Coordinate with vendors for order status, deliveries, and documentation
- Take daily follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
- Report to senior merchandisers with timely updates
- Assist in sample tracking, dispatch planning, and production timelines
- Skills Required:_
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good communication (written + verbal)
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of fabric/garment industry is a plus (not mandatory)
- Experience:_
1-3 years in data entry and strong follow skill with management, or admin support preferred

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
