**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily back-office operations related to fire extinguisher refilling and maintenance.
- Maintain records of fire safety equipment, refilling schedules, and service reports.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for refilling, servicing, and AMC follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain stock registers.
- Support the operations and field teams with documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for payment refilling, servicing, and AMC follow-ups

and closed on daily basis along with report summary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any field.
- Experience in fire safety, maintenance, or administrative work preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
