- Part of valuations team and will have to undertake assignments related to asset valuation (real estate and plant & machinery) for various purposes like purchase price allocation, impairment testing, income tax, transaction based etc.
- Plan and execute valuation projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and ensuring that valuations are carried out in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Identify the replacement cost / market values of the assets through market surveys, indexation etc.
- Undertake site visits throughout India as well as international locations based on the demands of engagement
- Preparing valuation models
- Assist internal audit team (India and UK) in reviewing valuation reports for asset engagements performed by external appraisers.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools like MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
- Proficient in development of inflation indices
- Aware of key industry benchmarks and trends
- Structure engagement deliverables as per the expectations of the project manager and come up with insights from research and analysis conducted on the client information
- Good report writing and power point presentation skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to change from one task to another
- Offers ideas to address current issues and identifies and acts on possibilities.
- Works independently with mínimal need for guidance.
- Proactively seeks work and reaches out to continually improve self-results and stretch oneself
- Comply with organizational rules, policies, and procedures

**Expected profile**:

- BE / B-Tech / Architect / RICS
- Secured first grade / division in academics
- 0 - 2 years of experience.
- Relevant corporate experience will be considered, if any
