Rayo Racing: Acclaimed Academy and India’s most successful International Team. We also execute experiential events for Auto Industry working with brands like Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Lamborghini etc. Recently took over the operations of Polo Cup from Volkswagen Motorsport India.

IndiKarting

India’s Largest and most affordable karting series. Ownership & operations of Motorsport facilities, currently two tracks under the brand name: Ajmera IndiKarting and IndiKarting Ahmedabad.

IR Esports

India’s largest ERacing Organisers.

Properties & projects The Indian ERacing Championship, Volkswagen Virtual Racing Championship, Nations Cup Asia, Mumbai’s fastest Gamer, etc.

We work closely with Mahindra Racing and have executed various projects for them like restoring the racing simulator currently being displayed at their Museum in Mumbai, Setup and running the operations of Mahindra Formula E Car Experience zones at Formula E fan zone and various other locations across India, etc.

Your Job Description is as follows:
Handling communications at the track:
Handling Queries and bookings for Ajmera IndiKariting.

Handling communications for event inquiries such as Races, Exclusive track bookings, Private Events, Birthday Parties etc.

Providing information and guiding people about the Rayo Racing Training Programs.

Supervising the activities of the receptionists to ensure a good customer experience

Supervising and upskilling every customer facing staff at the track

Making sure online booking system is working smoothly

Handling customer grievances

Rayo Racing Programs and Drivers

Communicating and coordinating with the drivers under Rayo Racing Academy and their parents

Handling the routine communications with the registered drivers for Training Programs.

Handling the documentation process.

Assisting and guiding drivers in further steps.

Informing drivers about the upcoming races.

Events:
Working with the team to prepare for and execute an event ( Race, Car experience etc )

Finding and coordinating with various vendors

Making travel arrangements for the team

Maintaining records and accounts

Other on day event execution roles

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
