**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive music curriculum aligned with educational standards and objectives.
- Teach students fundamental music concepts, including notation, rhythm, harmony, and melody.
- Provide instruction in a variety of musical instruments, such as piano, guitar, violin, or voice, based on expertise.
- Organize and conduct rehearsals for musical ensembles, bands, or choirs.
- Introduce students to music history, genres, and styles through engaging lessons and multimedia resources.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore their musical talents.
- Assess student performance through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their musical skills and techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community members to enhance the music education program.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in music education through professional development opportunities and continuing education.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or licensure in music education (if applicable).
- Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments and/or vocal performance.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and pedagogy.
- Previous experience teaching music to students of diverse backgrounds and ages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for music education.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities, performances, and events outside of regular school hours.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
