**Key Responsibilities**
- **Photography & Videography**: Capture high-quality images and videos to showcase our food, ambiance, and events.
- **Content Creation**: Design and edit engaging content for Instagram, including posts, reels, and stories, that reflect Big Poppa’s brand voice.
- **Instagram Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and publish content to ensure consistent engagement.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain a strong connection with our followers.
- **Community Engagement**: Build and nurture an active online community by interacting with followers and addressing their queries.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for improvement and growth.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on social media trends to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our platforms.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in **photography and videography**, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and respond professionally to messages.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
