**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prompt Generation**:

- Design solutions that enhance user interactions by delivering precise and effective prompts based on context.

**Natural Language Understanding**:

- Improve AI models to accurately understand and interpret user input, queries, or commands, and generate appropriate prompts or responses based on the context and user intent.
- Ensure AI systems effectively handle diverse language inputs and conversational nuances.

**Model Training and Tuning**:

- Train and fine-tune AI models using machine learning techniques to enhance prompt generation, language understanding, and response accuracy.

**Contextual Awareness**:

- Ensure AI prompts are contextually aware, adaptive to various conversational scenarios, user preferences, and changing contexts.
- Develop solutions that maintain continuity in conversations and adjust dynamically to new inputs.

**Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals and ensure prompt engineering solutions meet business requirements.

**Performance Evaluation**:

- Evaluate the performance of prompt generation models by assessing accuracy, relevance, and user satisfaction.
- Continuously iterate on solutions to enhance the contextual relevance of AI prompts and improve user experience.

**Research and Innovation**:

- Stay updated on the latest AI research, advancements in natural language processing (NLP), and trends in conversational AI.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**AI/ML Expertise**:

- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development, natural language processing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques for natural language understanding, prompt generation, and response generation.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

**NLP Knowledge**:

- In-depth knowledge of natural language processing techniques, including text classification, language modeling, and semantic analysis.
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering strategies.

**Model Development and Tuning**:

- Experience with training and fine-tuning language models using techniques like reinforcement learning, hyperparameter tuning, and cross-validation.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages for AI/ML development.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
- Excellent communication skills to explain AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with advanced AI technologies like GPT, BERT, or T5.
- Experience with chatbot frameworks or conversational AI platforms.
- Background in user experience (UX) research to optimize conversational flows.

Pay: ₹195,000.00 - ₹310,000.00 per year
