**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive - US Healthcare Voice Process
**Location**: Thane, Maharashtra
**Employment Type**: Full-time, Work from Office

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare services.
- Provide accurate information regarding medical billing, insurance claims, and patient appointments.
- Resolve patient queries and issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate.
- **Experience**: At least 6 months of experience in a voice-based customer service role is mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
