Penetration Tester

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities, focusing on OWASP Top 10.
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Provide detailed reports and remediation guidance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IT and development teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- **Certifications**: CEH / CEH Master / OSCP or any equivalent offensive certifications are compulsory.
**- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in real-time penetration testing.
**- **Skills**: Strong proficiency in identifying and exploiting OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
**- **Recognition**: Hall of Fame mentions or bug bounty achievements are a plus.
**- **Tools & Techniques**: Familiarity with common penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap) and manual testing methodologies.
**- **Communication**: Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills.(this is not necessary but strictly work skill needed)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and code review.
- Understanding of network protocols, system internals, and security architectures.
- Experience with social engineering tactics and phishing simulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
