**Business Development Representative (BDE) - Internship at Dentist on Wheels**

**Role Overview**: As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key player in our efforts to expand our customer base and increase brand visibility in Lucknow. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, selling dental products, and ensuring outstanding customer service. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**: Promote and sell a variety of dental products such as dentures, braces, and other dental solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify potential customers, pursue leads, and close business opportunities.
- **Product & Service Briefing**: Provide clear and informative presentations about our products and services to potential customers.
- **Customer Scheduling**: Manage appointments and coordinate customer visits to ensure smooth operations.
- **Customer Service & Grievance Handling**: Address and resolve customer concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction in coordination with management.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Sales Experience**: While sales experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are key qualities we value.
- **Education**: Minimum high school education.
- **Age**: 18 years or older.
- **Location**: Must reside in or near Lucknow.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using mobile apps and basic computer tools.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Hindi is required; English proficiency is a bonus.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and stay driven.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: Negotiable after the successful completion of a 1-month internship period, based on performance **(Package generally starts from ~ Rs 20000/month)**:

- **Internship Period**: 1 month (mandatory) - A great opportunity to learn and grow before moving into a permanent role.
- **Location**: Lucknow.
- **Commuter Assistance**: Reimbursement for official work-related travel upon presenting genuine receipts.
- **Insurance**: Basic insurance coverage.
