Nursing Tutor

Provide theoretical and practical nursing education to students in clinical settings.
- Supervise nursing students during their clinical placements, ensuring they meet academic and professional standards.
- Teach nursing courses, including lectures, seminars, and hands-on clinical demonstrations.
- Evaluate students’ clinical skills and progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Participate in the clinical setting (e.g., hospital, clinic) to maintain current hands-on nursing skills and knowledge.
- Act as a role model for best clinical practice, demonstrating proper techniques and care practices.
- Guide students through various clinical procedures, assisting them in developing competency in nursing tasks.
- **Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- BSc in Nursing or MSc in Nursing (with specialization preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or similar).
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and evaluate student performance.
- Experience in curriculum development and academic teaching.
- Ability to motivate and support students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
