Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Video Editor to Lead our Editing team. As a Senior Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and other digital channels. Your expertise and creative vision will be essential in delivering engaging visual narratives that captivate our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.

2. Edit raw footage into compelling videos that align with the brand’s visual style and storytelling approach.

3. Utilize your advanced editing skills to enhance video and audio quality, transitions, color correction, and visual effects.

4. Maintain a strong understanding of current industry trends and techniques to continually improve the quality and impact of our video content.

5. Ensure that videos are delivered within specified deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

6. Organize and manage video assets, including file naming, archiving, and maintaining an organized library for future use.

7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and creative, to understand their video editing needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.

9. Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots, including on-set management, capturing necessary footage, and directing talent when required.

Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as entire Adobe Creative cloud, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.

2. Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques for various platforms.

3. Excellent understanding of video storytelling principles, composition, and pacing.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

5. Advanced skills in video editing techniques, including color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects.

6. Experience with sound design and music selection to enhance the overall video quality.

7. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in video editing.

8. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner.

9. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

10. A portfolio or reel showcasing previous work and demonstrating proficiency in various video editing styles and genres.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
