Trainer - Tally

The Raman Kant Munjal Foundation, an initiative of Hero Group is dedicated to enriching and energizing lives by helping the less privileged and thus enabling to build a happier and healthier community and society. There are various programs that are currently running in the organization. Some of the prominent ones are:

- HUNAR: Hunar is training, developing and supporting skilled professionals

**About Program**

Hunar, a skill development program supported by Hero Fincorp, aims to empower youth from underprivileged communities by imparting skills to help them build careers primarily in the financial sector. The program focuses not only on theoretical aspects but also on practical experiences, such as bank visits, store visits, and frequent role plays of real-life job scenarios. **Roles and Responsibilities**: The Trainer - Tally will be responsible for planning and conducting regular classes for the Tally Operator course under the Hunar Project, supported by HeroFin Corp. S/he will play a key role in designing and delivering effective training sessions:

- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on Tally Prime.
- Teach core accounting concepts, GST filing, TDS, payroll, and MIS reporting.
- Liaise with industry experts and plan guest sessions.
- Assist in the timely creation of batches and ensure proper documentation.
- Track course progress against milestones and objectives, ensuring the timely completion of classes.
- Develop comprehensive training materials tailored for all proficiency levels.

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate/ B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- Tally Certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tally Trainer or Accountant with Tally expertise
- Prior experience in teaching or training will be an advantage

**Salary**:

- 18-25k based on the experience and skill set

**Skill Set**:

- Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and accounting fundamentals
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Payroll, and Inventory Management in Tally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
