**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Procurement and Inventory Executive/Manager at ISIEINDIA | Charging Career located in Noida. The Procurement and Inventory Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing inventory control, utilizing analytical skills to optimize inventory management, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Implement inventory control systems and processes to track stock movements and minimize losses.
- Utilize ZOHO Inventory or ZOHO ERP systems to manage procurement and inventory processes effectively.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor procurement activities, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations related to procurement and inventory management.
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Maintain proper documentation for all procurement activities to support GST audits and compliance.
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and production, to align procurement and inventory strategies with overall business goals.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Understanding of GST regulations and compliance requirements in the context of procurement and inventory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in procurement and inventory records.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
