At least 2-5 years of experience working in construction, preferably in a supervisory role.

Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and technique

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlin

Good problem-solving skills

The salary for a Civil Site Supervisor varies depending on the level of experience,
