They are often the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in maintaining office operations and workflow. Key Responsibilities:

- **General Office Support**:

- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Organizing and filing documents.
- Assisting with data entry and reporting.
- **Reception Duties**:

- Welcoming visitors and directing them.
- Answering phone calls and providing information.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Supporting HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees.
- Assisting with payroll and expense reports.
- Managing office equipment and maintenance.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Acting as a liaison between staff, vendors, and external partners.
- Coordinating office events and activities.
- Implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures.
- **Other**:

- Supporting finance, accounting, and other departments with administrative tasks.
- May be responsible for basic bookkeeping and inventory management.
