**Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)**

**LOCATION : KARJAT AHMEDNAGAR**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide medical care and treatment to patients under the guidance of senior medical staff.
- Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories.
- Assist in the diagnosis and management of medical conditions and illnesses.
- Monitor and administer medications as prescribed.
- Perform minor procedures and assist in major surgical procedures as required.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and educational activities.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
- Valid medical license or registration to practice medicine in [State].
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
