Key Responsibilities:
Session Facilitation:

- Conduct weekly sessions at schools as per the academic calendar/ time table.
- Deliver sessions using storytelling, gamification, discussion, and experiential activities based on SkilliZee modules.
- Manage classroom engagement, encourage participation, and ensure inclusion across all learners.
- Tailor facilitation style based on grade level (Grade 1st to 4th) and session theme.

Learning Outcome Tracking:

- Capture student performance, participation, and key observations through session feedback tools.
- Support in student profile building (soft skill portfolio creation) in coordination with the SkilliZee LMS team.

Content Familiarity & Upgradation:

- Attend regular training workshops on SkilliZee’s content and facilitation techniques.
- Suggest feedback and innovative ideas for content improvement based on classroom experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related field. (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, facilitation, or training roles (preferably with K12 students).
- Strong public speaking and classroom management skills.
- Passion for skill development, real-world learning, and making a difference in student lives.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable with basic digital tools (Google Meet, LMS platforms, Google Sheets, etc.).

- Confident storyteller and discussion leader.
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
- Creativity in delivering content in engaging formats.
- Reliability and punctuality in school-based commitments.

Training & Onboarding:

- Initial Training (5-7 days) on content, pedagogy, and classroom strategies.
- Monthly refresher sessions and peer-mentor meetups.
- Access to SkilliZee’s mentorship community and knowledge hub.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
