**DESIRED PROFILE**:

- **B.Arch** with excellent artistic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think creatively about the use of space, color and movement.
- Ability to communicate an artistic vision. Draw on other artistic platforms for creative inspiration.
- Must be effective communicator and able to persuade the design concept and idea.

**EDUCATION**:

- **UG**: Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
- **PG**:Masters Degree in Architecture (M.Arch.)
- **Technical Skills**: Sketchup, VRay, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit. Adobe Photoshop,

**WORK EXPERIENCE**:

- **Min. 1-3Years**of experience as a Design Architect. Must have experience in both, residential and commercial projects. Experience in Project Management added advantage.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback.
- One of the key job responsibilities would be to ensure client satisfaction, and high standards in design and delivery.
- Work closely with the Chief Architect and the Design team, developing design concepts and plans.
- Ensure to deliver projects within the scheduled timelines, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with the clients to understand their requirements and ensure delivery of the design as per requirements

**KEY SKILLS**:

- Experience in computational design.
- Creative, Imaginative and Artistic.
- Proficiency in Enscape, SketchUp, Vray, Lumion, AutoCAD, Architectural Design, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
