We are looking for a telecaller who can increase sales by contacting current and potential clients. The telecaller will need to get and update lists of people's information, and find more data for the target audience. You should also take notes during calls to help our staff with follow-ups.

A successful telecaller can persuade anyone to buy our products or services. A remarkable telecaller will also recommend how to use clients' feedback to improve our services.

**Some of your duties are**:

- Being proficient in Basic Word, Excel, English, and internet surfing
- Learning and staying updated on each offering
- Calling clients to schedule appointments
- Resolving clients' doubts, complaints, and suggestions
- Adapting sales pitches to customer needs
- Recording important details of each conversation
- Making suggestions based on the consumer's requirements
- Reporting all attempts to close appointments
- Attending team meetings to discuss progress and expectations
- Performing your tasks with respect, regardless of others' attitudes

**Technical Knowledge for the Job**:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
