**Job Title: Accounts Assistant - Billing**
**Location**: Budigere Cross, Bangalore
**Education**: Fresh Graduates / B.Com Graduates
**Experience**: Entry Level
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Billing and Invoicing**:Generate accurate and timely invoices for products/services rendered.
Verify billing data to ensure completeness and correctness.
**Record Keeping**:Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Input data into accounting software, with a focus on accuracy.
**Tally Operation**:Utilize Tally software for accounting and financial record-keeping.
Ensure reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
**Shift Work**:Willingness to work in shifts as required by the operational needs of the business.
Adhere to shift schedules and contribute to a smooth workflow.
**Communication**:Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary billing information.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues or discrepancies.
**Reporting**:Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
Provide regular updates on billing activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Familiarity with Tally software is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
