- **Ensure updates and modifications to laws and regulations are incorporated into project planning.**:

- **Documentation & Submissions**:

- **Prepare and submit architectural drawings and related documentation for approval.**:

- **Coordinate with surveyors, legal advisors, and structural consultants to ensure all required documents are in place.**:

- **Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, correspondence, and compliance reports.**:

- **Coordination & Communication**:

- **Liaise between architectural/design team, consultants, and government departments.**:

- **Provide regular updates to the project team and clients regarding approval status and risks.**:

- **lanning & Tracking**:

- **Plan and schedule timelines for submission and approval processes.**:

- **Track the status of each approval and anticipate bottlenecks or delays.**:

- **Ensure timely renewals of approvals or NOCs if required.**:

- 3+ years of experience in architectural liaisoning with a proven track record in managing approvals for residential, & layout projects.**:

- Strong understanding of local building by-laws, DCR (Development Control Regulations), and environmental compliance.**:

- Proficiency in BPMS, PRE DCR ,AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.**

**Secondary responsibility**
- **Develop and present design concepts that meet client needs and comply with zoning and building regulations.**:

- **Produce detailed blueprints, drawings, and 3D models using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.**:

- **Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.**:

- **Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure designs are implemented accurately.**:

- **Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and material specifications.**:

- **Stay current with industry trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies.**

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
