**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Reach out to prospective clients in designated regions (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand) to generate leads.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify decision-makers and qualify leads to ensure quality and conversion potential.
- **Appointment Setting**: Secure appointments for the sales team and manage an efficient scheduling process.
- **CRM Management**: Log call notes, update lead statuses, and track progress in the CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls and maintain relationships with leads who show interest.
- **Performance Reporting**: Provide daily/weekly reports on call activities, lead conversion, and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluent in English** with a neutral or US/UK accent preferred.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication style.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
