**GENERAL NURSING DUTIES**:

- Recognizes and analyze the patient’s needs.
- Assesses plans and implement total patient care.
- Utilize available resources in giving patient care.
- Include the patient and family in the planning of care.
- Evaluate her performance in relation to effectiveness of care provided.
- Maintain appropriate patient care records.
- Recognize legal implications in nursing practice and follows the policies of the nursing service department.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for her patient.
- Maintain a high standard of nursing care and practice.
- Thinks and acts promptly in emergency situations.
- Keeps her knowledge up to date attends continuous nursing education classes and other mandatory trainings
- Give health teaching to the patients and family members.
- Daily Routine: Daily Check List, Inventory Management & Hands Off
- Assist with ward teaching where necessary.
- Pursue own professional development.
- Response to emergency codes.

**4. **CLINICAL /PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES**
- Patient endorsement
- Carries out assigned job given by nursing supervisor and Nursing Coordinator.
- Responsible for monitoring vital signs and ongoing assessment of the patient.
- Plans and provide the basic care according to the priority need of the patient.
- Accompanies Consultant’s round and updates patient care.
- Carries out consultant’s orders appropriately.
- Maintains personal hygiene and hygiene of the patient
- Administers medication using correct procedure.
- Takes responsibility of admission, discharge and transfer of the patient
- Takes responsibility of collection of samples and sending for investigation.
- Maintain check list and inventory of medicines, instruments, equipments and related things.
- Maintain check list and take inventory of high alert medications/narcotics/backup pharmacy on daily basis.
- Lead and coordinate the identification and formulation of evidence based nursing practice and guidelines.
- Establish systems that assure accurate defensible patient focused nursing.
- Lead and coordinate medical Equipment service.
- Promote a culture of dignity and respect for patient and their relatives.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,843.50 per month

- Rotational shift

- Near Parimal Garden, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License (preferred)
