**Requirement and Skills**:

- Proven graphic designing experience of minimum 4+ years (Experience in Maritime is plus)
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Familiar with IT Product, Maritime will be a plus.
- Experience translating business requirements and goals, end user needs and inputs from cross-functional teams into differentiated design solutions.
- Demonstrated in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge of digital media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualizing visuals and creating documentation based on consulting business requirements
- Exceptional writing, speaking, proof-reading and organizational skills
- Responsible for developing timely, cohesive, high-quality and competitive campaign pitch
- Maintain awareness of "state-of-the-art" techniques, equipment and best practices
- Showcase innovative and unique design skills to represent data.
- Familiar with creating story boards and illustrations for consulting (business & technical)
- Have techno functional mindset with lateral thinking for providing differentiated customer experience, best suited to meet requirements leading to deal win.
- High-level of comfort in dealing with Sr. Management
- Asking the right questions to bring consensus on necessary change in content
- Design and/or create visual material for use in the organization's advertisements, publications, pamphlets, posters, packages, labels, and other promotional materials.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Working with cross-functions for design execution
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop UI for Landing pages & Sale Pages, illustrations, logos and other designs using software.
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and stakeholders to produce final design
- Work with cross functional teams
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

**Qualification**:

- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
