**Job Summary**
Job description and condition.

Supervising the production process

Providing production schedules and necessary guidelines to Production Operators

Preparing directions for Junior Chemists/Production Operators for each step in the production process

Filling and reviewing documentation and ensuring all in-process checks are carried out as per the standard operating process

Maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and conditions suitable for production of quality goods

Communicating any equipment breakdown to the maintenance team

Checking, maintaining, sourcing and planning sufficient and quality stock of materials and chemicals

Developing standard operating procedures to improve efficiency

Facilitating audits as a production team member

Maintaining a healthy, safe and secure working environment

Co-ordinating with the Shift Supervisor, cross functional teams and within the team

**Qualifications and Skills**
Education: B.Eng or M.Eng (Chemical) or M.Sc (Chemistry)

Experience: 0-3 years of experience
