Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Inbound
Customer Service Representative in our banking process. As the first point of contact for our
valued customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone regarding various banking products and
services.
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding general banking
queries.
3. Assist customers with online banking, other digital banking platforms.
4. Identify and assess customers' needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions and
products.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a
positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
6. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and banking policies and procedures to ensure
compliance and mitigate risks.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and processes to
provide accurate information and support to customers.
8. Meet and exceed performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer
satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
2. Previous customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment
is highly desirable.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate
information clearly and professionally.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer
issues.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and
business needs.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and
transactions.
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and
a positive attitude.
9. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as
required.
10. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and representing the bank's
brand positively.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
