Floor Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily floor operations for stainless steel kitchen equipment manufacturing.
- Review and interpret technical drawings using **AutoCAD**.
- Coordinate tasks for fabrication, welding, polishing, and assembly teams.
- Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to production standards.
- Manage production timelines and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot issues related to fabrication and material handling.
- Collaborate with design and procurement teams for project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 to 3 years of experience** in sheet metal fabrication, preferably in kitchen equipment or similar industry.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** and technical drawing interpretation.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal processes - cutting, bending, welding, and finishing.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
