Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team in the UK Shift. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving issues and concerns
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or individual
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer needs are met
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a UK shift schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM/Odoo/SAGE/ software and Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
Working Conditions:
- This position is based in our Delhi office
- The UK shift timings are from 1 PM to 10 PM GMT
- (shift window - 12 noon to 12.am)
