Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our IIT-JEE and NEET coaching programs
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fee structures, and enrollment process
- Maintain proper follow-up with leads and ensure timely conversions
- Manage front desk responsibilities including walk-in inquiries and student interactions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in CRM or call logs
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to support student enrollment goals
- Assist in organizing events, seminars, and workshops for student outreach

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or front desk management (preferably in the education sector)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English
- Strong convincing ability and result-oriented approach
- Familiarity with student counseling and enrollment processes
- Prior experience in a school or coaching institute is an added advantage

**Education**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Education-related background preferred)

- Salary: Competitive and performance-based (as per industry standards)

Pay: ₹8,947.47 - ₹23,110.74 per month
