**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection moulding machines to maintain optimal production efficiency.
- **Material Handling**: Properly handle and manage raw materials, including loading and unloading materials into the machines.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular quality checks on products, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure they operate smoothly. Report any major issues promptly.
- **Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, material usage, and quality control data.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members, including machine setters, quality control staff, and maintenance personnel.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process enhancement to boost production efficiency and reduce waste.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an Injection Moulding Operator in a manufacturing setting.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in setting up, operating, and maintaining injection moulding machines.
- **Quality-Oriented**: Strong commitment to producing high-quality products.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of safety protocols and a dedication to maintaining a safe workplace.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet production goals.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues in the injection moulding process.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work various shifts if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
